BTC Three-day Tournament (3rd - 5th Jan 2010)


BTC's desire to provide an avenue for play and camaraderie during the Holidays, the Tennis Committee headed by Pres. Henry and Club officers decided to organize a three-day tournament. This event is highly subscribed with about 40 participants (All Bucayenos) competing in doubles category (levels A, B and C).

Through the Tennis Committee’s contacts, BTC managed to clinch sponsors for this event. BTC would like to express its gratitude to the following sponsors:

During the awarding ceremony on 5th of Jan, key members and supporters of BTC are on hand to give their support. It was announced by Mandy that all tournament participants will be given special medals for their sportsmanship and trophies for the winners of each and every match category. Prize money was also given to the winning Team, all donated by the Matthew A. Taberdo Group of sponsors.
